Audience
KIILA is intended for adult players and is not directed to children.
Data KIILA uses
KIILA uses data needed to run the game, including an anonymous user identifier, username and profile code, friends and challenges, multiplayer game state, results, turn deadlines, settings, local statistics, notification tokens when notifications are enabled, and safety or security signals.
KIILA also uses Google Play subscription status to provide Premium.
Player blocking is server-owned.
Private reports contain only a selected reason and a bounded friend or game context, never free text or attachments.
How data is used
Data keeps your account and profile working, synchronizes multiplayer games, handles challenges and matchmaking, shows results, sends optional notifications, and helps keep the game fair and safe.
KIILA does not sell your personal data.
Subscription status is checked for purchases, Restore purchases, renewals, cancellations, and expiry.
Profile statistics and recovery
KIILA stores profile statistics such as recent results and streaks, a Daily Challenge all-time summary, Wordbot results by difficulty, and verified head-to-head totals.
Competitive profile and head-to-head figures cover only results confirmed from the date shown in the app onward; they are not lifetime totals.
Detailed profile and head-to-head values are readable only by the signed-in account owner; a friend comparison uses the owner's verified head-to-head data and does not publish another player's private statistics.
Supported statistics and Wordbot result records are part of protected-account recovery and are never merged between KIILA accounts.
Statistics accumulate for Free and Premium accounts; Premium controls only whether Premium values are displayed.
Removing or blocking a friend does not erase already verified head-to-head history; account deletion removes both copies.
Service providers
KIILA uses Google Firebase for sign-in, data storage, online game features, messaging, and integrity or security checks; Google Play for the Premium subscription; and Google AdMob for advertising in Free use.
Ads and consent
Free use may show Google AdMob ads.
Where required, you can accept, decline, or manage consent, and KIILA can reopen Google's form when available.
Premium shows no ads.
Google may process device and advertising data to serve and measure ads and prevent abuse.
Premium subscription and payment
KIILA Premium is an automatically renewing annual Google Play subscription.
Google Play handles payment; KIILA receives neither card details nor the email address of your Google account.
KIILA's server checks the subscription before Premium is enabled, and Restore purchases checks it again.
Renewal, cancellation, and expiry follow Google Play status.
Manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play.
Deleting your KIILA account does not cancel it.
KIILA Premium is a 12-month subscription sold and billed only through Google Play.
KIILA has no web shop, cart, checkout, payment form or direct card flow.
Creating or accepting Premium-only Series or Blind Series requires each participant's own current server-verified Premium entitlement; one player's Premium never unlocks it for a Free opponent.
KIILA account protection and recovery
You can choose to protect your KIILA account with Google Play Games and restore it on another Android device.
A confirmed restore keeps your username, exact profile code, friends, games, Premium, statistics, achievements and synchronized settings.
You can instead start new or decide later.
Starting new does not delete the old account, and accounts are not merged automatically.
An unused guest account may enter deletion after 180 days and a protected account after 24 months, with a 30-day grace period.
New activity cancels the schedule.
Uninstalling KIILA does not delete server data.
Player safety
Blocking is account-specific server data, and you can unblock a player.
A report contains the selected reason, the reporting and reported accounts, a verified friend or game connection, and the time.
A nickname snapshot is stored only for an inappropriate-name report.
Reports are private and contain no free text or attachments, and KIILA does not sell this data.
Dismissed or no-action reports are deleted after 90 days; actioned reports and daily count summaries are retained for at most 12 months.
Account deletion removes active blocking relationships, while limited moderation data may remain for those periods with account identifiers minimized.
Sharing, retention, and security
Result sharing uses Android's share sheet and is prepared locally before you choose a destination.
Data is kept only as long as needed for the game, security, abuse prevention, legal duties, or consistent completed-game records.
The active Wordbot board and its local completion record remain on the device and work offline.
Only supported Wordbot results and aggregate statistics may sync for recovery of the same protected KIILA account; the active board and local completion record are not transferred to another device.
Account deletion and contact
Use Settings - Delete account and all data in KIILA.
This deletes the KIILA account and related game data, subject to limited retention for security, abuse prevention, legal duties, or a consistent completed game for another player.
It does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

playkiila.com has no analytics, advertising, cookies or tracking scripts.
Theme and language preferences are stored only as kiila-theme and kiila-language in this browser's localStorage and are not linked to a KIILA account or sent to KIILA Studio.
The current website-hosting provider may process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site.
KIILA Studio defines no separate fixed access-log retention period; any provider logging follows the verified service configuration, necessity, applicable terms and law.
