Using the service
KIILA is a turn-based word-strategy game for Android.
Supported features may include Wordbot, Daily Challenge, My Words, Normal and Blind mode multiplayer, Series, friends, matchmaking, statistics, achievements, Free advertising and Premium.
Wordbot is the local computer opponent; there is no pass-and-play mode.
Account and profile
KIILA may create an anonymous account for synchronization and multiplayer.
Keep your device secure and choose a suitable username.
You are responsible for activity through your profile.
Account protection and recovery
A player uses one KIILA account.
Google Play Games protection is optional and can help restore that same account on another Android device; it is not a second KIILA account.
A found protected account is restored only after confirmation, and KIILA does not create a parallel account or merge accounts.
Starting completely over requires deleting the KIILA account and all data in Settings before normal account creation.
Inactive guest accounts may enter deletion after 180 days and protected accounts after 24 months, followed by a 30-day grace period.
Fair and acceptable use
Do not cheat, automate play, harass others, manipulate matchmaking or rewards, disrupt the service, or try to access another player's account or data.
Player safety
Inappropriate nicknames, harassment, repeated unwanted challenges, evading rules, and false or harmful reports are prohibited.
Blocking and reporting are separate tools.
One report does not automatically result in a restriction or other sanction.
Ads and Premium
Free use may show ads; Premium is ad-free.
KIILA Premium is a Google Play subscription that renews automatically every 3 months.
Google Play presents the subscription period and terms before purchase.
It renews unless canceled in Google Play; after cancellation, access may continue through the paid period.
Payments and refunds follow Google Play terms.
Premium does not change game rules or chances of winning.
Premium can be used on only one KIILA account at a time.
If the same valid Google Play subscription is already active on another KIILA account, the user can initiate the transfer by choosing Restore purchases in Premium.
A successful transfer removes Premium from the earlier KIILA account and activates it on the current KIILA account.
KIILA accounts are not merged, and games, friends, statistics, nickname or other account data are not transferred.
The earlier KIILA account is not deleted, and the Google Play subscription is not changed.
Canceling before confirming the transfer request does not change Premium.
If the response is interrupted, the transfer may already be complete.
Try the same action again to resolve the current transfer state.
KIILA Premium is a subscription that renews every 3 months and is sold and billed only through Google Play.
KIILA has no web shop, cart, checkout, payment form or direct card flow.
Creating or accepting Premium-only Series or Blind Series requires each participant's own current server-verified Premium entitlement; one player's Premium never unlocks it for a Free opponent.
KIILA content
KIILA, its interface and original visual assets created by KIILA Studio belong to KIILA Studio.
Third-party word lists and software retain their own license terms.
Do not redistribute KIILA as your own product.
Suspension and deletion
Access may be limited or suspended for abuse, cheating, security risks, or serious breaches of these terms.
You may delete your account using KIILA's deletion flow.
Availability, compatibility and responsibility
KIILA is provided on an as-available basis.
We do not guarantee that KIILA will operate without interruption or errors, or on every device, operating system version, network connection, or third-party service.
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, KIILA is not liable for disruption, loss of data, device damage, or other loss to the extent caused by the user's device, loss of or damage to the device, the operating system, network connection, other applications, unauthorized modifications to the device, the user's actions, Google Play, or another cause outside KIILA's reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, KIILA is not liable for indirect loss or for unforeseeable loss that could not reasonably have been anticipated when using the service.
Nothing in these terms limits a consumer's mandatory statutory rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Local data and restoration
Restoration of an unlinked KIILA account or data stored only on the device cannot be guaranteed after changing, losing or damaging the device, uninstalling the app, or clearing app data.
A KIILA account protected with Google Play Games can be restored on another Android device.
Changes to or discontinuation of the service
KIILA, its features, and online services may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued for justified technical, security, legal, service-provider, or business reasons.
We will give reasonable notice of a material planned change or discontinuation where possible.
KIILA does not guarantee that user accounts, game history, statistics, or other data will be retained indefinitely.
The grounds for retaining and deleting data are described in the Privacy Policy.
Premium, interruptions and refunds
A temporary service interruption does not automatically end a Premium subscription or entitle the user to a refund.
If a paid Premium service cannot be provided to a material extent or for a prolonged period, we will primarily seek to restore the service.
Refund requests are handled primarily through Google Play.
Changing, interrupting, or discontinuing the service does not limit rights under Google Play's terms or mandatory law.
If the KIILA service is planned to be discontinued, we will seek to stop new Premium periods from renewing and preserve use of an already paid period until it ends where reasonably possible.

Rewarded advertising
A voluntary rewarded-ad opportunity may sometimes offer the server-authorized extra direct-challenge capacity described in the app.
Availability is not guaranteed, and no reward is promised when an ad is unavailable, incomplete or not verified.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Finnish law without limiting mandatory consumer protections in the player's country of residence.
